KB4048957 fail to install

Dear Support,

I fail to install KB4048957 on some windows 2008 r2 servers, the other patches is ok. I try clean the softwaredistribution folder, and run sfc /scannow, no help.

Attached is the SearchReg log, could you kindly help to check, thank you in advance!
