Saw another user had a similar issue, and someone was able to go through logs from a registry utility to generate a fix; anyone here handy with this? The user who provided the solution appears to be on vacation. Much appreciated! Will upload the FRST64 file at request.

Follow the instructions below to run a scan with the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) and provide a log.

1. Download SURT for your system. (Windows 7 SP1 x64)
2. Once downloaded, execute the installer, and go through the installation (this process can take around 15-20 minutes).
3. On completion, a log will be created in C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log.
4. Attach this log in your next reply.
