I've been trying to install this important update, but it fails every time.
I've used SFC and checkdsk multiple times but it doesn't appear to have solved anything as I still cannot successfully install the update.
As this is a security update, I'm worried about my system being vulnerable without it.

Can anyone help me figure out this issue?

Thank you

So I ran the SURT and apparently that fixed everything because the update finally went through without a failure this time. I suppose I don't need anymore assistance. Thank you!

Glad to help.

I'll mark the thread solved. Please post back if you encounter any problems and I'll continue to assist you.
