I think the information is correct the update KB3080079 can only be installed on Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2

Prerequisites
To install this update, install Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2.

You need to install KB4074621 on Server 2008 SP2

Are you saying my server 2008 datacentre version can't be updated with this patch?

I try installing KB4074621 and it's saying 'update does not apply to your system'

There is a Prerequisites to install this one please confirm that the machine have KB4019276 installed or 2019-03 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2008 for x64-based Systems (KB4489880)
