Hi, I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping I can get some help in here. Have been lurking on other threads in here and created the CBS.log file.


My problem is that I can't get windows to install the following four updates:
KB3071756 KB3060716 KB3080149 KB3083992


I've tried the basic trouble shooting for Windows update such as running the MS System Update Readiness and Microsoft FixIt but with no results. Hope you can help. I tried uploading the CBS.zip file to sysnative's file manager but nothing happens. Tried with IE and Chrome with no result. Therefore I have uploaded the file to filedropper.com. Hopefully you will be able to get the file from there:

What version of windows are you running? Can you run SURT again and attach logs to your reply. checkSURT.log & checkSURT.persist.log are located at C:\Windows\Temp
