This is a newish laptop , less than a week old, has just professional software on for the likes of CAD and PLC programming software RS logix etc. It has been doing hundreds of updates but keeps failing on this one KB3060716. I have done as advised on this site and the Checksur log came out clean The error code when it fails is 80071718 the laptop in win 7 pro x 64. Can anyone help me? Regards Martyn H
