[SOLVED] KB3033929 fails with error 80070005

Hello guys, I registered here today because I got really annoying problem with windows update and I saw that on this forum there are actually helpful and skilled people.

I had some problems with Updates previously but I managed to resolve all of them, this one proved to be quite hard, so I hope you can enlighten me.

The Update KB3033929 is the only update I got problem with, today there were 47 updates total.
It shows error 0x80070005 (Which basically means Access Denied)

SURT showed no errors at all.
SFC showed no errors.

The moist funny thing is that this particular system is cloned 1:1 via Acronis to two other computers, both of them don't have any updates problem (The only difference are cd keys, one was bought long time ago and two are from dreamspark)

How can I fix this packages? From what I see they are SP1 related. I tried to extract .mum and .cat files to Packages directory, but I didn't find the correct version inside .msu files.
I would be really grateful for help.
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on this machine

Can you please run Windows Updates again (let it fail) then upload the following:

Convert CBS.log to CBS.txt

Click on the

If someone got similar problem, here is the solution:
1. Try to install it via windows update.
2. Open CBS.log (C:\Windows\Logs\CBS)
3. CTRL + F, search for: "Error", for me it was:

4. Open directory where is the file mentioned in the error, in my case: "C:\Windows\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-b..vironment-os-loader_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.18741_none_b9293c0383618646\winresume.exe"
5. Right Click on the file > Properties > Security > Advanced > Owner > (Set it to your Account) > OK
6. In previous Window: Edit > Add
7. You need to add two accounts
- "SYSTEM"
- "NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller"
8. Give them both Read, Write, Execute permissions. > OK
9. Now KB3033929 which is one big nightmare should install without any problems and ask you to restart your computer afterwards.
Failure was possibly caused by Customized Boot Loader.
