Thank you for your help, i just uploaded the files via sfcfix.exe and got the messages, that the upload was successful, i hope you know whats wrong,

I just noticed that your first CBS.log indicated "Not Enough Memory".

i tried to install manually and via update function: both messages are: 80070008 the files are unallowed (german: daten sind unzulässig)

i also downloaded the updated before and tried to install it manually, but it doesnt work and no im not on a metered connection...
