hello all,
fairly simple request i hope. i just need a copy of the following Win 7 x64 %WinDir%\WinSxS\Manifests file:
- winsxs\manifests\msil_system.resources_b77a5c561934e089_6.1.7601.24345_en-us_508dc0c0b0e193f6.manifest
mine done got corrupted and got no other Win 7 x64 installation to get it from right this moment.
attached SFXFix log JIC someone asks for it, other errors r stupid entries from avast which i know how to delete from registry manually just fine (and also don't care about as r inconsequential) and also possibly shellstyle.dll being modified to get rid of Explorer command bar in Win 7. just need a copy of above file to to replace corrupt one, but willing to accept files to run with SFCFix if gracious provider feels more comfortable with this.
sorry if posted elsewhere in the forum; did a global search. also, if neone knows, is there a repository of such files somewhere as it doesn't seem to be on Windows 7 SP1 install disc/ISO, presumably from a Win Update, so I guess similarly is there a way to find out from which update so I can un- then re-install for similar cases in the future?
thank you much for your time and assistance.
