The issue appears to lie with iVMS and how it's interacting with your HID stack. Could you check that a kernel memory dump is present in the following directory:

Rich (BB code):
%systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP

If it is, then please zip it up and then upload it to a file sharing site such as Google Drive or Dropbox since it will too large to attach to a forum post.

Here is the complete dump file, 15.7GB. I can compress it further but that would take about 6 hours. I have 64GB of ram sooo... it's going to be a large file.

MEMORY.zip

ignore the post above. I was a little too optimistic about how fast my internet connection is. I will post it shortly.

Looks like there is some compatibility issue between the iVMS software and a USB-based device developed by Holtek?

Bus Reported Device Description:
USB Laser Game Mouse

My mouse is an Anker DS-2368 (8200 DPI High-Precision Laser Gaming Mouse).

Going to buy a new mouse... Switched to a backup mouse for now and i'll see how it goes. I'm thinking if that doesn't fix the problem i'll disable any and all mouse functions in the program. Mainly i'll lose the ability to zoom in with the mouse.

I might be jumping the gun but it seems to have corrected the issue. Thank you very much for the help! I just made a small donation a minute ago to help support the site.
