iTunes music is stuttering (Audio Lag - Latency Problems)

Hi Guys,

Every time I play music on iTunes now every 6-10 seconds it stutters and drives me insane!

I have done a bit of research and managed to create a CPU.etl file which an be viewed here - https://www.dropbox.com/s/thykrdpg92xocjt/CPU.etl?dl=0

I am running Windows 8.1
HP Envy 17

If you need any more information I am able to provide it :)

Be sure that BIOS and audio drivers are up to date.

If you have an Internet Security Suite installed such as Norton, McAfee, KIS, etc... - remove it.

There seems to be a lot of ISR spikes from your Intel graphics driver, if there's an update I recommend you download it.
