Issue with updating Server 2016 - KB5034767 - Continuous roolback

Hello Sysnative support community,
I have a problem when updating my windows server 2016. The error occurs with the cumulative update KB5034767.
After rebooting, the system displays an error that it is unable to complete the installation and reverts to the previous configuration.
The error has occurred before, but I was able to update after using DISM repair and SFC.
But this time I can't complete the update. Despite several attempts, it still doesn't work and returns the same error.
SFC scan found no integrity violations and and RestoreHealth runs 100% without any error message.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone,
Just some additional information.
The error also occurs when the update is launched directly after downloading it from the windows catalog.
The same when using the following method:
EXPAND.exe windows10.0-kb5034767-x64_f9031d7e8a8d79d1b6c51ded2dd22527eebacdc2.msu -f:* C:\temp_update
DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\temp_updateWindows10.0-KB5034767-x64.cab

Hello Sysnative support community,
Still the same problem with the March cumulative update KB5035855.
On the other hand, the Servicing Stack Update (KB5035962) installed correctly.
Can you recommend a solution to my problem? Do you need any further information?
