I can only remote to a PC in the same group of the pc that won't load WinLogon.
I can edit the autoexec.bat file on the C: drive of that PC that won't load the HKEY below.
I there a way to instruct the PC to run the "Last Known Good Configuration" this way, or another way?

[HKEY LOCAL MACHINE] \Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\WinLogon. Seem to be the issue.
The DLL list on the drive. Can I use an old Autoexec.bat Call at boot up, to import a fix to this reg file. So can log in?
This fix is being done remotely, to a pc on the same network, where I can't login pc, but can read drive and edit Autoexec.bat to call a script maybe.
