A friend sent me this SUBSCRPTION CANCELLED message he is receiving.
I could be wrong, but I am assuming that he is using the free trial version of MS 365 that comes with all new PCs. Is there a way he can convert this free trial version to the totally free, scaled-down verion of MS 365? He only uses Word and Excel, so the freebie would be fine for him. I'm not familiar with this because I use a paid subscription to MS 365 where I work and an old desktop version of Office at home.
