I got this problem since months and this forum seems to be the only place that has dedicated people knowledgeable about this topic.
As soon as my dGPU starts to be loaded / used Audio and especially Microphones just stutter, pop and even just straight up don't work at all until the GPU load is lifted. (robotic stuttery sound until it drops out completly often)
When the system is idle it's fine, also if I use a USB Sound card (Sharkoon - DAC Pro S) it's fine as the system don't have to process the audio but any 3,5 mm or USB sound devices directly connected just end up as audio mess as soon as the dGPU starts to do anything more extensive.

Connects all monitors and i/o over the USB 3.2 Gen 1 port and the power over the original 350W power brick as the dock power delivery isn't enough.
But even without the Docking station the problem persists.

I looked into several Lenovo and Nvidia Threads non helped.
Upgraded to Windows 11 ( clean) and also uninstalled the Nvidia Drivers via DDU and used the Lenovo provided one instead, no change.
