Internet Explorer 9/10 corrupted instalation, cant update, downgrade

Hi, I have Windows 7 SP1 Slovak MUI and after reverting system back in time I am now stuck with corrupted IE9/10 installation. IE 9.0.8112.16421 is installed and working, but automatic updates still want to install "Internet Explorer 9" again and again every time i turn off computer but in add remove programs is Internet Explorer 10 (KB271869) still instaled, uninstall ends with error: 0x80004005 If try to reinstall KB271869 it goes with error: 2147500037, but system still runs only old IE 9. thanx
