Internet Explorer 11 Preview guide for developers (Preliminary)

Along with the Pre-release version of Windows 8.1, IE 11 is coming out with a preview as well. :)

Hi all
Internet explorer dos'nt working well
first use when install windows 8.1 it work but today can't display any page site.
I reset setting internet explorer 11 but again display this error:

IE11 is still in Beta, so not everything is guaranteed to work correctly yet, does the problem happen with any other IE version or browser? Is only one particular webpage?

anyway I uninstall win8.1 and again install win 8 pro 64 bit.
