Internet Explorer 11 Installation Error 9C59

To whom it may concern.

I have an Internet Explorer 11 installation problem on the HP Pavilion Media Center a1612n computer. I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit at the moment. I have tried everything from suggestions from other sites. I am still having problems. I did find out that I had malware so I uninstalled the Bing tool bar a week or so ago. I also used the FRST. Believe me, I have tried everything. Could you please help me? I would appreciate it every much. I am getting the 9C59 error.
 
I'm not sure. I will post some of my logs on here to give you an idea.

To whom it may concern. After some consideration. I decided to do a clean install of Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and try again to install IE11.
