Internet DNS problem

Hi

Several customers has this problem often, about the internet access, when I troubleshooting , Windows show me thos diagnostic

"Your computer appears to be correctly configured , but the device detect or resource (DNS Server) is no responding"


After some commands on IP config and restart the computer the problem is fixed, but again happened in the same day or 1 or 2 days after

What is the problem; Virus, Router , ISP service,
Any help. please

If it happens to all user at the exact same time it could be the router (though I doubt it) or the ISP.

Have you scanned for malware? With what?

encountered this once or twice before and the one who fixed my computer said that the problem is with the ISP
