Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 (Code 39)

I was trying to install some updates when i got an error on nearly all updates saying they can't be installed.

So after some looking around I ended up in device manager. My Intel(R) HD Graphics 530 has an error triangle on it with the display status saying:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

{Path Not Found}
The path %hs does not exist.

I am also unable to adjust my brightness
