[SOLVED] Integrity violations that cannot be repaired - Windows 10 Professional [HA-CONSULT-H01]

Hello!

I am running into a file verification issue with a Windows 10 Professional operating system. When I run "SFC /SCANNOW" it confirms that integrity violations exist, but Windows was unable to repair some of them. Furthermore, "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" says that the source files could not be found.

I have a few other endpoints with this issue, so to prevent confusion with eerily similar titles, I've included the endpoint name in the title within brackets. Hope that's OK!

Thank you! The import was successful. Unfortunately though, DISM failed again with "The source files could not be found". I've attached the latest CBS.log, which now contains ten corruptions that are almost identical to the original ten, but with different builds listed.

Thank you for your patience on this. I was able to resolve the issue with your files, AND via locating donor files from other endpoints that "setupapi.dev.log" informed me were missing. This endpoint is now passing DISM, SFC, and Windows is updating again. Case closed! Thank you!!
