this problem keeps coming back, can it be fixed ?

Hi jimmypop and welcome to Sysnative. There is no need to fix that issue. Microsoft has acknowledged the issue and will be fixing it. It doesn't cause any issues with your machine except for reporting the error of course. Following is some info.
