Installing Windows 8.1 N Pro from a USB to a USB.

Hi, im looking to install an OS to a USB as for this system i'd like to not shell out on a HDD, I'm a little confused however though as i'm unsure how to go about it. I've installed the ISO file properly mounted it etc onto the usb and upon using the pc it's finding the W8 installer not a problem, the problem lies however when looking for a place to install to as it cannot find the drive. the error given is "no signed device drivers were found", how would i go about preparing the USB i intend to install to for the OS files. as far as im aware it's formatted and blank in fat32. thanks.

Yeah your right I am, thankyou having looked further into it I've managed to get files onto a USB however when attempting to boot I get this error message, any idea how i go from this? ​https://puu.sh/zRTmW/3e9aa04128.png

This should help: SYSTEMROOT directory(X:\Windows) is different from the configured one (x:\Windows~BT\Windows).
