installing kb4512506 failed

Hi,
I have a problem with installing the kb4512506 on one of the server 2008R2.

the updates KB4490628 and KB4474419 and kb4512506 are installed on the server.

The cbs log says:

Exec: Processing complete. Session: 30792932_182974094, Package: Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~7601.24544.1.9 [HRESULT = 0x80073701 - ERROR_SXS_ASSEMBLY_MISSING]

Any suggestion?
