Install error - 0x800703f1

This machine is running Windows 11.
Two pending updates wont install - KB5042099 & KB5041585.
Install error - 0x800703f1.

Both SFC and DISM fail.
SFC - could not perform the requested operation.
DISM - error 1009.

Any assistance to get these update issues resolved would be most appreciated. I have attached the CBS and ComponentScanner.

If possible, some assistance would be appreciated. However I won't be able to get any more information from the machine till mid-late September as I am currently away.

Hi,

Okay, when you have access to the system again please try to update again. If it fails attach a new copy of the CBS logs.
