I have tried to update my Windows 11 Home Edition 22H2 several times to version 23H2, but I keep getting the 0x800703f1 install error briefly after attempting to install the update. My PC is an HP Omen with AMD Ryzen 7 5800H CPU and Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070.

I have run both SFC scan and DISM in vain

SFC scan gives me this error

Code:
C:\Windows\System32>sfc /scannow

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation.

and DISM gives me this
Code:
C:\Windows\System32>Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Deployment Image Servicing and Management tool
Version: 10.0.22621.1

Image Version: 10.0.22621.1992

[==                         3.8%                           ]
Error: 1009

The configuration registry database is corrupt.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\WINDOWS\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Attached are the ComponentsScanner.txt and CBS.zip

Just an update.

For some reason, I managed to install the 2024-04 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5036620) after which I finally installed Windows 11, version 23H2 without an error.
