Hello everyone. Good morning/afternoon/evening. Thank you for having me. It feels great to finally be at the feet of the specialists. I have a major, major Windows 10 problem. Here is my story:

I have tried everything. Reset BIOS. Update BIOS drivers. Used Display Driver Uninstaller and reinstalled my drivers maybe about 20 times. Even uninstalled Windows and reinstalled it fresh. I get about 40-60 BSOD's a night but recently close to 100 a day. It is driving me insane. I cannot do anything. Browsers close randomly. Google chrome "Aw, Snap" error. Games crash, white screen freezes. Audio sometimes goes haywire. BSOD and non-BSOD restarts. Sometimes it takes about 20 restarts before I can even use my computer at all. Please help and thank you all for everything.

BSOD's include:

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT (This one happens most frequent)
CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (This one very often as well)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGE_AREA (Pretty often)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (Pretty often)
FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
SYSTEM_THREAD_ACCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
BAD_POOL_HEADER
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
CRITICAL_STRUCTURE_CORRUPTION

and even others that I wasn't able to note.

I tried my best to gather as much information as I could.

· OS - Windows 10
· x86 (32-bit)
· What was original installed OS on system? Windows 8
· OS came pre-installed on system
· 2 years old
· Age of OS installation -5 months. have you re-installed the OS - YES

· CPU - Cyberpower PC
· Video Card - AMD Radeon RX 460
· MotherBoard - MSI
· Power Supply - brand & wattage - I am sorry I cannot seem to figure out how to find this.

· System Manufacturer - MSI
· Exact model number - Z1-7641

I couldn't attach the PERFMON REPORT because the file was too large. Sorry if I did something wrong. I uploaded to another website - Uploadfiles.io - report.html

I am sorry if I missed anything or if I have provided incorrect or insufficient information. Please forgive me and correct me. I am in no urgent rush to get this fixed. I am just extremely happy enough at the thought that it will even be eventually fixed. Thank you all so much for your time and help. View attachment 25261

Did your problems begin before or after using Driver Talent?

Third party driver installation software often installs drivers that are meant for other systems and can cause conflicts. It is better to let Windows handle driver installations or to find the drivers from the manufacturers of your devices.

I would also recommend avoiding the use of uTorrent. uTorrent, and other torrent downloading software, provide an open window to security related issues on systems when used to download torrents from unknown sources.

Thank you for your reply. It definitely started before Driver Talent. I only recently used it to "identify" the drivers and then attempted to install them myself. I've also tried through device manager. I agree about the uTorrent. Although it never really gave me problems when I had Windows 8.

My problems began the moment I upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled Windows 10 through the USB Media Creation Tool. And still have the same problems.

Your crashes primarily point to a hardware fault with memory as the most likely culprit. Have you made any hardware changes since upgrading? Have you done anything inside your system that might have caused static damage, e.g. used a vacuum to clean out dust (vacuum cleaners kill electronic devices due to static buildup) or touched components without properly grounding yourself?

I strongly advise a memory test to check your modules. Instructions are here: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/hardware-tutorials/3909-test-ram-memtest86.html

Yes, I have. My graphics card was the only hardware change. But I installed it after I upgraded to Windows 10 and I was already having problems. Though I do think the main problem revolves around the graphics card. And yes, I have cleaned out lots and lots of dust from the fans/etc. with a blower.

I am trying at the moment to do a Memtest86 run but it is extremely complicated for me. I will post the results as soon as I manage to do it. Thank you.

Do not worry if it takes some time. Pace yourself with the tests and we will be here to help further as you progress.

If nothing turns up with the RAM, do you have the ability to go back to Windows 8 to test stability there? It is possible your BIOS needs an update in order to run Windows 10, but we do not want to update the BIOS on an unstable system since a failed BIOS update can leave your system completely unbootable. If Windows 8 provides a stable platform for a BIOS update, we can go that route.

Hi M5 NYC. :welcome:

Present: C:\Program Files (x86)\MSI\Super Charger\NTIOLib_X64.sys (known to cause bsods)

After you tested your ram like suggested by writhziden, you could try to uninstall MSI super charger.
