impossible to update current version 1803

for some time it has been impossible for me to update my current version by windows update

• I stumble on (KB4023814) and (KB4023057) which give me the error (0x80240022)
• I executed the commands: sfc and dism without being able to fix this error
• I used the utility in "windows settings" "windows update" to solve the problems: no error
• I deleted in SoftwareDistribution the folders: "DataStore" and "Download" without Result

I tried to download KB 4023814 directly from the "Microsoft Update Catalog" site, several were present: I made a test with the last and the first, with the Dism tool to download it: still without Result

I do not know what to do?
my computer is working fine ..

I would love to fix this store components issue as I suspect some corruption of this store
to finish I tried to download the last 2004 version online but still without being able to upgrade my 1803 version (my computer never restarted in the final installation phase of 2004) and even made an MCT key with Rufus ditto : No result

yes I downloaded and launched windows 10 version 2004 from my computer without success
the different stages went well except that at the end my computer never restarted several times: I had a gray screen with the fan running and the computer warming up
maybe I have drivers (Nvidia and Intel) for the graphics card that are causing problems
I also tried the 2 block with MCT on USB and launch on this one but there I do not cross the 1st stage: not authorized ..
