I get the BSOD when I try to boot into windows normally and when I try to boot into Safe Mode.
Process1_Initialization_Failed
BSOD 0x0000006b (0xc000035a)

BSOD (Medium).jpg

It says it creates a memory dump every time but I only see one mini dump. I have attached it in the zip file.
Could someone please take a look at the memory dump and try to figure out why it's getting a BSOD?

I can't figure out how to fix it.

Thank you,

Hi!

Hence, give us also more clues about those five points, in addition to the already requested logs.

0xC000035 seems to be STATUS_INVALID_IMAGE_WIN_64.

Searching internet:
- "Tries to load a 64-bit application, but this CPU is not compatible with 64-bit mode. This error can occur with visualization products such as VMware Product or a virtual product when installing a 64-bit application.".
- VT-X (or amd-v) should be enabled in the BIOS, if you are installing Windows in a virtual machine.
- Trying to install 64bit software when using a 32bit CPU.

Thank you for the reply...

I can't run SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe because I can't run the OS Windows 7. I do have a bootable USB drive and I can get into Windows recovery mode but SysnativeBSODCollectionApp.exe doesn't run in Windows recovery mode.

I can't run speccy because it won't run in recovery mode.

Since this is a Windows 7 machine, then the issue is probably just a bad hard disk. Have you ran any diagnostics? Are you able to easily access the current hard disk and remove it for another one?

The hard drive is an SSD. I have replaced it last year. When the Windows 10 partition isn't hidden on the drive it works great. I have run
chkdsk c: /f /r And it ran fine.
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=e:\ /offwindir=f:\windows And it did fix a file.

The dump file you uploaded was a Stop 0x124 so I would suggest that you run some SSD diagnostics; manufacturer specific if you're able to. So, it seems that you're able to boot from Windows 10 but not Windows 7? I would advise against dual-booting since it usually causes more problems than it is worth.

The error status 0xc000035a means you are trying to load a 64-bit application, but this CPU does not support 64 bit mode.

The hardware does support 64bit mode. But the Windows 7 OS that I'm trying to boot into is 32bit.
How can I find what program/DLL might be 64bit?

There probably isn't one, I should imagine that one of your boot files has become corrupt in some way. It will be even more difficult to debug without any of the other dump files, but since the crash is probably occurring very early within the boot process, then I should imagine they aren't getting saved.
