Organization of over 10,000 PCs. Have migrated majority of PCs from IE9 to IE11. I have a few that refuse to upgrade to IE11. So refuse to upgrade to IE10. Common thread is they all fail on file not found. Specifically, from the CBS.log
Error in cbs.log
2016-03-28 08:34:22, Info CBS Failed to find file: amd64_microsoft-windows-ie-memoryanalyzer_31bf3856ad364e35_11.2.9600.16428_none_a54e2b30089fa8b4\MemoryAnalyzer.dll [HRESULT = 0x80070002 - ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND]

Whereas the manifest file shows another version value, that version directory doesn't exist in the winsxs folder. I believe this is where the problem lies. I have run sfcfix but it finds no errors. I have attached the CBS.log file for those interested.
Here is hoping someone else has run into this problem, and has a solution, other than reinstall.
