I have a win7 x64 pc with IE 11 problems.
The user originally reported that IE would not run. Click the icon and it does nothing.
Tried removing the IE 11 update but it failed with an error.
Tried removing the IE 11 feature by unchecking, rebooting, and re-checking the feature and this did not fix it.
Downloaded and ran MS SURT.
Ran SFCFix and got this:
SFCFix version 2.4.5.0 by niemiro.

Microsoft Windows 7 Service Pack 1 - amd64

Please advise on how to move forward. I am working remotely and do not have access to a DVD. I prefer not to have to do a Win7 repair/reinstall, but will go pick up the PC if that is the answer.
Thanks!
