I ran Code: xperf -on PROC_THREAD+LOADER+PROFILE+INTERRUPT+DPC+DRIVERS -stackwalk Profile -BufferSize 1024 -MinBuffers 256 -MaxBuffers 256 -MaxFile 256 -FileMode Circular And have attached the output. LatencyMon told me that ndis.sys is causing the DPC latency and I can not reproduce the problem without loading the internet to causing the interruptions. But I have tried my onboard card and another Ethernet card with a different chipset, and I have tried another firewire card with a different chipset, still exactly the same problem remained. Drivers are all up to date, other than the Texas Instruments Firewire which says the Driver is from 2006, but I think that is the latest! I have tried Zonealarm and Microsoft Firewall and Antivirus/Defender, still the same problem remains. Thanks for your help :) EDIT: I can not get attachments to work so here is a Dropbox link: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/16640285/CPU.zip
