Cheers to everyone, guess I'm right in an English talking & writing forum and just don't know how 2 help myself. Last night I was just planning a newer, more charming version of my actual 8.1, and I had tried Win 10 OEM for a short while, but I keep loving 8 resp. 8.1. Before "dragging" my PC in a special direction, the set-up, I even wrote my admin's names and my passwords upon a paper. But once I had a wee trouble-shooting with anything, the 3 or 4 words it happened 2 me, certainly while logged-in as an admin in my poor tiny machine there was no way back or way out!!! The admin password I had written down so seriously & sincerely didn't fit anymore! How can such a dilletantely thing happen? This had happened 2night round 3 or 4 o'clock and I'm still busy with this shi...., "unimagineabel" or whatsoever way this very peculiar word is written like in English [sure I'm a kraut!! Any problems with that?;-)] 'cause my "action circle" seems being minimized on a tiny GUEST ACCOUNT by M.S. Isn't that amazing? Shakes you 2 the bone! Before I buy a stone for others, I first will & want 2 pay 4 my own.
Please don't get me wrong: I am very happy 2 be here concentrating on both a humanistic AND a computer problem and I am so so very grateful for each & every small or big clue & hint 2 get a little further with this so-called UAC, right?! And, hopefully, there'll come a warm sunny day like 2day when I'm able (at least...) 2 help someone with anything @ Sysnative's BSOD forum! (Er - what exactly is a BSOD? Blue screen overdose?). Time's not really important 2day. My very best sympathatic wishes 2 each one of you! Stay healthy (& wealthy of course, but point 1 is much more important). Hope 2 meet somebody soon. Kind regards from Germany [Backnang/Stuttgart], Thomas Rath
