I have some problems with sfc /scannow

Hello and welcome,

Please zip all the files in the folder C:\Windows\Logs\CBS and attach it to your next reply.
Note: if the file is too big to upload to your next post please upload via a service such as Filedropper or One Drive or SendSpace and provide the download link.

Follow the instructions below please.

WARNING! The following fix is specific to the user's system in this thread only. No one else should follow these instructions, as it could damage your system.
  • Download
    myjIXnC.png
SFCFix and move the executable to your desktop.
  • Download the file SFCFix.zip and save it on your desktop.
  • Save any work you have open, and close all programs.
  • Drag the SFCFix.zip file over the
    myjIXnC.png
    SFCFix.exe executable and release it.
    1p8eDnI.gif
  • SFCFix will launch, let it complete.
  • Once done, a file will appear on your desktop, called SFCFix.txt.
  • Open the file, then copy and paste its content in your next reply.

Great. Run sfc /scannow again and report the result.

Please post the complete file CBS.log, not a stripped version.

Here is it. I have one more question:"How to delete SFCFix after i solve all problems and errors?".

Looks good.
You can delete SFCFix.exe and all log files used in this thread to clean up.

How did you get the SFC.txt ?

I got it using this command findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt"

Right. That gives a misleading result. The previous errors are still included and there is no sign that a new scan was started.
Thats why we do not recommend to use this command and always post the original log file cbs.log.

Hi! I decided to reinstall Windows, but now i have errors in sfc /scannow again. Can u help me again? Here is my cbs.

10q very much! U helped me again. But one more question: "I saw such sentence in the log - Failed to generate a complete zip file. Upload aborted. It is normal?"

Nothing to worry about.
