my main account is shown in a secondary account as an admin account, but for some reason, some programs cannot be run as administrator. i also found some strange issues like in the secondary account, i cannot connect to the internet most of the time suddenly, and then temporarily, i was not able to open the settings or control panel in the main account. also airplane mode was automatically on and would not turn off even when i pushed the button today. what i want to ask is how to restore all privileges in the main account. i saw a thread that said it can be done in recovery mode by copying some text from the internet.. However, i obviously wouldn't be able to do that if i cannot connect to the internet in the other account. i suppose that if i can get into safe mode with the internet i can. However, i think that in the main account there is an issue with a potential virus, which i will address in the other section. please advise with this privilege issue. It seems like it may be related to windows updates, as i saw with a prior update, that some privileges disappeared, then with a recent update, some came back.
