Hi!
I have a problem when i try to update my computer its says "error 0x800700c1" i saw a couple of methods online about using command prompt and running a sfc /scan but that was an error too. i saw a thread here that if here was a sfc error i should download sfc fix to show what file is corrupted. I ran Sfcfix but it said none of the files was corrupted(i have the logfile if its needed).
Then i tried to reset my computer but a table poped up containing "C:\\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft-windows-servicingstack_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.18362.471_none_5f12f35059003107\ReserveManager.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0x000012f" and i cant reset my computer at all. Im really confused on whats happening and hoping you can help.
