Hi,

I try sfcfix, sfc /scannow (includind with windows 8.1 DVD), subinacl and other procedures. But none help me to update my Pc to Windows 10 with windows update.

The SFCFix repair some errors.

But the sfc /scannow show other errors that it can't repair and SFCFix don't find.

CBS Folder--> Microsoft services (I cannot attach CBS folder in sysnative, than I post on onedrive)

thank's

If you would like to upgrade to Windows 10 you can run the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool: Installing Windows 10 using the media creation tool - Windows Help

This will provide the option to upgrade to Windows 10 immediately without requiring additional updates to Windows 8.1

  • If you want to upgrade to Windows 10 for free, select Upgrade this PC now in the tool.

Yes, I have. But not in the same pc.

I log the same account in a desktop and a notebook.

You think is this?

  2. When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  3. When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following commands into it, press enter after each

    dir /al /s C: > %userprofile%\Desktop\junctions.txt

  4. This will create a file, junctions.txt on your Desktop. Please attach junctions.txt with your reply.

It doesn't appear that is the problem in your case.

Let's try to review the installation logs.

Please upload C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log and setuperr.log

It appears that the upgrade is failing because of some user accounts used for SQL Server 2014. Any idea what that is for?

Make sure you have a good backup of your entire computer and create a System Restore point for good measure.

I'll send instructions to remove the account via PM.

  5. Paste (Ctrl+V) it into your next post please.

Thank you zcomputerwiz.
