It would be useful to know what SFC and DISM said, even if that's "everything's OK."

If that's the case, my next step is generally Doing a Windows 10 Repair Install or Feature Update Using the Windows 10 ISO file.

In this case, if it's a single program that's crashing, it may make more sense to reinstall it, first.
