I recently noticed that my pc was becoming slower and so I ran a virus scan but nothing showed. I then continued using it as if it were fine but it began acting strange. at startup, I saw two apps called Hyphenate and Disinvestment that was causing blank windows to open so I disabled them and ended the tasks in task manager and rooted through my C drive for strange files and deleted them. my computer started acting normal again and when I booted it up today about 30 mins after I started it up a song started playing and I couldn't find out why. I then opened the task manager and seen that the programs were back. I can't find any information on google so I came here. Does anyone have any clue?

Run this Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals to see what's starting up with Windows, simply uncheck anything you do not want starting up.

#2] Try this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows
Performing a clean boot can, by process of elimination figure out what's the cause. After following the direction at the site, turn one program back on one at a time and see if you can duplicate the issue.

If none of the above helps you might want to post here: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/forums/security-arena.66/
