Well, I have such a problem with Hyper-V that when I run the Virtual Switch Manager, a Generic failure message appears, which means I can't create a virtual machine. I've seen many topics related to this, but my situation is quite different. Well, in Device Manager I had Hyper-V related network cards that had a yellow exclamation mark (There was a message that the drivers could not be loaded). The problem is that I removed these devices and generally removed all Hyper-V related devices in Device Manager. The situation now looks like I can't create virtual machines anymore, and the methods found on the internet, such as enabling Hyper-V Extensible Virtual Switch in the network adapter settings, reinstalling Hyper-V service, and even netcfg -d complete network reset they give. Sfc / scannow does not detect any irregularities. What should I do?

As I understand the only way is to reset the whole system and nothing can be done about it? I have recently reset the system and would rather use it a little more than reset it again, reinstall the drivers and reconfigure it

I virtually never use either the Reset or Refresh options, because I do not want to have to spend all the time necessary doing all of my set-up and install stuff over again.

Doing a repair install allows you to keep all of your files and apps/programs while, for all practical intents and purposes, reinstalling Windows 10 afresh. It is always worth doing before a reset, refresh, or completely clean install to see if it fixes the problem. If it doesn't, you're no worse off than at the outset.
