View attachment SysnativeFileCollectionApp.zipI get freezes and BSOD's at random times, mostly seems acerbated when docking/undocking at work but it's not exclusive to that. I am good for at least 1 BSOD a day and lately, it hangs at the "Initializing disk for data dump" and it does not create a minidump file. I have attached the .zip. I enabled the driver verify.

I am trying to troubleshoot as best as I can but this has some people in the company stumped.

Thanks,
Chris

Thank you axe0, should I run the collection app again after I download and install the Nvidia drivers or do you think that could be the possible source of my issues?

Thanks,
Chris

It is the source of the dumps provided.

Interestingly, the driver suggested by HP's site as part of the Nvidia control panel seems to be older than the one checking through device manager on the Nvidia Quadro K3100M itself. Since installing and restarting, the computer has been very unstable, locking up, so after a few hard restarts, I just utilized the Device Manager to determine the appropriate driver and it says it is up to date. This thing is becoming unbearable. I do appreciate the assistance.

OK, I have run the DDU, removed all traces of Nvidia, restarted,a nd then reinstalled the drivers recommended by HP's site. I'll monitor from this point to see if I have improvements in stability. Again, I have been chasing this for quite some time and I really appreciate the assistance and direction!

If you do experience any other crashes, then please upload the dump files using the same Sysnative file collection tool.
