I have an HP Folio 13-2000 with Windows 10 Pro 64bit.
I could not find a suitable driver for the card reader.

the message means:
The driver for this device was prevented from starting because it caused errors in Windows. Contact the hardware manufacturer to get a new driver. (Code 48)
