I could not find a suitable driver for the card reader. the message means: The driver for this device was prevented from starting because it caused errors in Windows. Contact the hardware manufacturer to get a new driver. (Code 48) Click Troubleshoot to send data about this device to Microsoft and check if a solution is available.
