Hi All
I have been dealing with various guys and tekno venus requested
I send the report of my CBS.
I have done a sfc /scannow and DISM & followed all the instructions
to date but all the dropdown menus still do not display a history.
There was a suggestion re-UAC possibly disabled, checked and all
is on.
All updates are installed to date and the P.C is running fine apart from this problem as far as I know.

Only one corruption I can see, and it's probably not the cause of the issue, but we'll fix it anyway.

Seems SFCFix didn't pick anything up, but I did, so could you please work through Repair Method 1 in the tutorial.

Did the repair method 1 and completed as advised.

An error : 0x800f0906

The source file could not be downloaded, use the "source" option to specify the location of the files that are required
to restore the feature. For more information on specifying a source location see
Search Microsoft.com =243077

sfc /scannow

Report was the same as previous.

Anyway, not to worry. Use Repair Method 2 from the tutorial. To save you from working it out, you need the:

amd64_prncacla.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.2.9200.16430_none_fdce12188b615b12\Amd64\CNBJ2530.DPB

files from the tutorial.

My apologies for the new thread instead of replying (consider myself spanked)

Followed your instructions and sfc /scannow reported no violations on both scans that i did.
I have also removed the ticks from "other Explorer MRUs & Task Bar Jump List" in Ccleaner & hope that
along with your solution resolves my issue.

In the meantime let me wish you and all the Sysnative team a great festive season.
