how to execute sfc /scan?

Hello,

i followed the instructions for solving a update issue, but can't pass number 2 'sfc scan'

first Í'm not able to paste 'sfc /scannow' (and there's no such thing as running as en administrator, only 'open' when right-clicked')
second sfc /scannow (put in manually in the terminal screen) is not recognized.

I suppose I'm doing something wrong, but what?
