How to check the disk for fast, just like the "Drive Medic" (System Mechanic 15.5) application. No problem large partitions check in a few+ seconds, it's much faster than any other CHKDSK parameters.

I want to know how it is possible?

Checks partitions, if it detects errors, it indicates that a repair is required, or only cleanup of security descriptors.
However, the tool does not work well for many partitions, there is a bug (sought by the developers, but not possible to disassemble, therefore removed tool in future versions of System Mechanic 16, 16.5, 17, 17.5). That's why I want to find out how to check each partition for errors and "security descriptors" in take seconds or minutes. Will I know the answer?

You are wrong, it checks drive errors 1 out of 3 like CHKDSK, but faster, much faster. No SMART, you're wrong. I know better, because I use logs, and how to detect, for example, that there are errors or need to clean up the security descriptors, then I check the partitions more thoroughly.
I still have not got the answer, how to check large partitions in a few seconds like Drive Medic.

About 17 seconds on my system, with this command:

chkdsk /scan /i /c c:

Read More:

chkdsk /scan /i /c c:

Incorrect parameter /scan

parameter /I /C do not speed up the scanning partitions with millions of files.
System Mechanic Drive Medic hundreds of times faster scan (even for many millions of files!!!)

About 17 seconds on my system, with this command: 100GB HDD/SSD ?

Please Test 8TB 40 mln files
Drive Medic scans with the speed of lightning!!! few minutes.
