[SOLVED] How do I take a screenshot when working on a remote desktop?

When I'm logged on to a remote desk top there is no normal apps menu which would allow me to access Snip & Sketch. (I would take a screenshot to show this but, well, I can't take a screenshot so I'll use my phone.)

I tried using prt sc, fn+prt sc but that didn't work. In fact no key combination works when I'm logged on remotely.

Any ideas?

You can't take a screenshot outside of Windows, with integrated Windows features/utilities.

You need a 3rd party program and some commands in cmd.

EDIT: For some reason (probably I'm tired! 😱 ) I read recovery instead of remote. So... my comment here possibly doesn't apply to the situation. Apologies.

Windows Logo Key + PrtScn ?

Fn +Windows Logo +PrtScn ?

What are you using to remote in and is there a share key combo setting in the remote software that needs to be enabled?

In only use this remote desktop to access QuickBooks Cloud and no other applications, so I don't have a complete Windows desktop. I don't see an option for share key combo. I could ask our Bookkeeper if there is a way to enable it. Thanks.
