I turned it off in Ease of Access. That didn't do it so I went into Services, Touch keyboard and handwriting panel services and disabled it there. No good. I'm still getting it. Any ideas? Thank you in advance for any solutions. It's annoying that the virtual keyboard pops when I'm trying to read something.
