How do I make a screenshot when working on a remote server?

When I'm logged on to a remote server at work I don't have my normal Windows apps.

So I don't have my handy Snip & Sketch app which I normally use. I tried pressing prt scr and alt+prt scr but neither of those copies my screen to the clipboard. Is there a way to take a screenshot?
 
There are settings in the RDC that enable this if I remember correctly. When the RDC is initially setup, you have to tell it (check boxes) to share the keyboard and mouse in both directions.
