How many passes did you allow it to complete for? In the past few threads you've opened regarding this same issue, you never allowed MemTest86 to fully complete, this problem is very likely going to be RAM or hard-drive related. Nevertheless, there are many programs which should be removed from your system, these include:
I would also recommend a long generic test with SeaTools Bootable which is available here along with the official user guide.

In the programs of removal suggested by you, I will remove all but one. Avast is my antivirus free software.
Regarding the seatools , i have already done the extended test but there was no error .
I will try removing other programs , try the sfc tool tool for corruption.
By the By, are these programs responsible for bsod?

I would strongly recommend removing Avast, it's known to cause BSOD problems and has even messed up Windows Update on a few occasions. You can just enable Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE).

Do you mean a Long Generic test? There is no need to run SFC for BSOD problems. The other programs are quite frankly: crapware. They're going to cause you nothing but issues.

You also haven't answered my question about MemTest86 either.

I have removed all the suggested apps. But suddenly windows has problem in booting . It will go to the windows screen and a flash of BSOD and then just would close.
when I see multiple failure of boot, I decided to reinstall windows.
I formatted the c: drive and then reinstall the windows.
Thanks for your help.
Previously I was able to get the windows atleast working, so that i could attach bsod files for your solution.
Thanks once again xblue.
In the new windows, I tried to run sfc scan now and it also shows some files could not be repaired message and I have posted in the windows 7 sub forum for that problem.
