I realize you guys have probably heard this and dealt with this a million times but can someone please help me find a way to fix this :
Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 19289.534617.
It is causing random spikes in my audio randomly and is to frequent for me to continue with my music.
I have tried disabling everything in my device manager, i have checked that IRQ's are all seperate including 3 USB devices.
I do use PCIe (NvME 950pro for Win10 + LSI Megaraid for samples ) not sure if this is a problem !
XPERF trace CPU.rar link : https://1drv.ms/u/s!AnTp6vyKYzE84QaMBtnwgADrR03s i am not to familar with XPERF so i hope i did it long enough for it to pick up the Huge interrupt process latency culprit !

I am hoping someone here can help because i am exuasted with this and i just dont know what it could be ?

Can i point out that i always disable my network card always during music production, it was enabled for these tests though, so its safe to say that although that driver may have caused high interrupts during the xperf and latency mon tests it is not a problem when disabled !

Thanks

CONCLUSION
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Your system appears to be having trouble handling real-time audio and other tasks. You are likely to experience buffer underruns appearing as drop outs, clicks or pops. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check for BIOS updates.
LatencyMon has been analyzing your system for 0:05:21 (h:mm:ss) on all processors.

CPU SPEED
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Reported CPU speed: 3463 MHz
Measured CPU speed: 1 MHz (approx.)

Note: reported execution times may be calculated based on a fixed reported CPU speed. Disable variable speed settings like Intel Speed Step and AMD Cool N Quiet in the BIOS setup for more accurate results.

WARNING: the CPU speed that was measured is only a fraction of the CPU speed reported. Your CPUs may be throttled back due to variable speed settings and thermal issues. It is suggested that you run a utility which reports your actual CPU frequency and temperature.

MEASURED INTERRUPT TO USER PROCESS LATENCIES
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
The interrupt to process latency reflects the measured interval that a usermode process needed to respond to a hardware request from the moment the interrupt service routine started execution. This includes the scheduling and execution of a DPC routine, the signaling of an event and the waking up of a usermode thread from an idle wait state in response to that event.

Highest measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 19289.534617
Average measured interrupt to process latency (µs): 3.523001

Highest measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 112.947811
Average measured interrupt to DPC latency (µs): 1.871814

REPORTED HARD PAGEFAULTS
_________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Hard pagefaults are events that get triggered by making use of virtual memory that is not resident in RAM but backed by a memory mapped file on disk. The process of resolving the hard pagefault requires reading in the memory from disk while the process is interrupted and blocked from execution.

Process with highest pagefault count: none

Total number of hard pagefaults 0
Hard pagefault count of hardest hit process: 0
Highest hard pagefault resolution time (µs): 0.0
Total time spent in hard pagefaults (%): 0.0
Number of processes hit: 0

Your report shows Sonar Platinum sending multiple calls under ntoskrnl.exe, but the devices with highest duration are the USB device(s) and display card.

I suspect one or more of your USB device drivers is causing conflicts. Have you made sure your USB device drivers are up to date, including the drivers both for your motherboard and for the devices you are connecting to the USB ports? What about your NVIDIA device drivers? Have you tried installing only the NVIDIA drivers and the PhysX software (exclude GeForce Experience and other extraneous software). Have you tried disabling the NVIDIA High Definition audio?

Do problems occur with your USB devices disconnected, or are you able to test without them?

I have found the problem it is a Bios setting Called: Enhanced Memory Performance . As soon as i disabled it Latency mon runs Nice! That took a while to locate and i thought it was the USB Ports also !

Now with latencyMon and only PC running the results are solid and consistent ( 1 hour test )
Current measured interrupt to process latency = 10 to 30us
Highest measured interrupt to process latency = 200

Now with LatencyMon and Sonar running the results are solid and consistent ( 1 hour test )
Current measured interrupt to process latency = 10 to 30 us
Highest measured interrupt to process latency -= 600 ( Audio interface : 1024 samples )

Thanks for the tips i appreciate it.
